NEW PRICING UPDATE: MAY 2026

I am deeply grateful to be able to offer this work and hold space for therapeutic experience. For the first 5 years of my practice, I was able to offer deeply discounted rates due to to the generous financial support of my partner. However, in reflection of the quality of work I currently offer and in order to make my clinical practice a financially sustainable experience, standard rates for service will be adjusted as follows starting MAY 1, 2026:

Payments will be made in full at each session. Tips are accepted with gratitude, but are not expected. I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can generate a receipt of our session that you can submit to your insurance.

Please keep in mind that each session time includes a short intake and outtake. This is often 5 minutes at the beginning and end of the session, to check in with the client and create a session plan together, and to note any changes after the massage. Some intakes may take longer, to ensure I have the necessary information to build a treatment plan that will best address your needs in that session. I will always strive to grant you as much time on the table as our session allows.

I deeply appreciate the clients who have shown support in understanding this is the first raise I’ve given myself in over 5 years (😅). If you’re curious, more info on this decision can be found here.

That being said, my wish is never to have to turn anyone away from needed care for lack of funds. I will continue to offer a built-in 10% discount to those who are working in health care, the service industry, and education. I’m also delighted to help celebrate you with a 20% automatic discount the week of your birthday <3
