Introducing a night of culinary bliss at Bamboo Sushi.

THE EVENT:
We aim to bring more of the creative process directly to the table, while encouraging our remarkably talented staff to show off (in the tastiest way possible!).
To kick off this series, we've teamed up with Cascade Organics to use locally sourced ingredients for this seven-course, Asian-inspired feast. Traditional sake pairings for each meal are also available.
About the Chefs:
Chef Vedran Jordan
Vedran Jordan is an up-and-coming talent who is leading the charge in Portland's growing local restaurant scene. Before he joined the team at Bamboo, he worked with Gregory Gourdet at Departure's Restaurant + Lounge, where he was inspired by the talent packed into the kitchen around him.
This is the first popup dinner that he's hosted, and he's grateful to Bamboo for providing the opportunity and the support. He looks forward to creating an experience you won't forget anytime soon.
Chef Kevin Trinh
Kevin Trinh started working in the Portland restaurant scene in his teen years in his father's restaurant where he fell in love with the art of sushi. He has worked in many local sushi restaurants and has continued to learn and perfect the Japanese cuisine. When he is not creating works of art in the kitchen, he spends his time with his family and teaching others the joy of making sushi.
